1. Definitions & Entry
This skill competition is organised by WinUTrips, whose contact details are available on our website. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of WinUTrips and their families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not permitted to enter. Entrants must ensure the contact details they provide are accurate.
To enter, entrants must select the number of tickets, choose the correct answer to a skill question, and pay for their tickets. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be made regardless of the outcome of the competition, unless the competition is cancelled by WinUTrips. Your entry will only be confirmed once your payment has been received and validated.
Free entry route (no purchase necessary). As an alternative to buying a ticket, you may enter any competition free of charge, with exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry. To do so, send an email from your own email address to [email protected], stating your full name, date of birth, the name of the competition you wish to enter, and your answer to the skill question. One free entry per person, per competition; entries must be received before the competition closing date and will be void if incomplete. Free entries are placed into the same draw and treated identically to paid entries. Full instructions are set out in our Competition Rules.
We accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, or not received, for any reason. Only one answer may be selected per order, and that answer will apply to all tickets in that order. Compliance with these terms and all other competition requirements stated on our website is mandatory. Non-compliant entries may be excluded at our discretion. Entries will be cancelled in the event of a refund or payment dispute.
The skill competition will close on the date stated on our website or once all tickets are sold. After your payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
2. Winner Selection
Winners will be drawn from all valid entries within 14 days of the competition closing. They will be notified by email at the address provided. If we are unable to contact you, or if bookings fail despite reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to award it to another entrant.
Prizes are as described on our website and may be replaced with a prize of equivalent value at our discretion. Booking timeframes are not guaranteed. It is the winner's responsibility to contact us if they do not receive their prize within a reasonable time. Winners residing outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, VAT, and shipping costs.
3. Winners
In the event of a win, WinUTrips will request identification, proof of age, and proof of ownership of the payment card used. Entrants must confirm they are aged 18 or over before entering the competition. WinUTrips reserves the right to verify the winner's age, and any failure to meet this condition may result in disqualification. If the card does not legally belong to the winner, proof of authorisation must be provided before the prize is awarded. This proof must be provided within five days of notification.
Winners will be informed of their prize and must confirm their acceptance and prize choice in writing within five days of notification. Booking arrangements must be agreed within seven days of the win being confirmed. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in loss of the prize and the selection of another winner.
Winners may be required to take part in promotional activities, including providing photos or videos, which may be used by WinUTrips in its marketing and PR materials across various media. Winners consent to this use but may withdraw their consent in writing before publication. All such materials will become the property of WinUTrips.
Entrants from certain restricted countries — including Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, the Crimea region, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, and Mali — are not eligible, and any such entry will be refunded.
4. Competition Decisions
Our decisions regarding the competition are final. Winners are drawn by RandomDraws.com, an independent draw service, live on Instagram and TikTok, and a record of the draw is available on request. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, in which case any payments made will be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, as this is a contract for leisure activities with a specific performance date. Notices relating to these terms will be sent by email to the last email address provided by the entrant. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
5. Account Registration
To enter competitions, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to protect your login credentials, to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and not to create multiple accounts.
6. Ticket Purchases
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is secured by Stripe. You may purchase a maximum of 50 tickets per competition per person. Bonus tickets may be awarded based on the number of tickets purchased. Tickets are personal to the entrant and non-transferable.
7. Skill Question Requirement
In accordance with the law, each competition includes a skill question which you must answer correctly to validate your entry. This ensures our competitions comply with the law and qualify as prize competitions, not lotteries.
If you answer the skill question incorrectly, you may try again up to 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, you will be temporarily blocked from that competition for 15 minutes.
8. The Draw
The draw for each competition is carried out by RandomDraws.com, an independent draw service, and is streamed live on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring a fair and verifiable result. A record of the draw is available on request. The draw takes place on the date stated or once all tickets are sold. The results are final and binding.
Winners are notified by email within 72 hours of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
9. Prizes
Prizes are as described on the competition page. We guarantee the authenticity of all items and the accuracy of the information about their condition, where applicable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. WinUTrips reserves the right to replace a prize with an item of equivalent value.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
WinUTrips reserves the right to cancel or postpone a draw, in particular in exceptional circumstances. In the event of a definitive cancellation, entrants in the affected draw will be refunded.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of WinUTrips or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these terms of use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, together with the date of the update. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
